Tracey joined our team in 2016 as our Administrative Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration and also holds a Graduate Certificate in Accounting. For over 10 years Tracey has been employed with local businesses focusing on office management and administration, bookkeeping and payroll.
Melinda Evans has over 25 years of graphic design experience in advertising, design, commercial printing and publishing. Starting in the graphics department of a Pennsylvania newspaper, she now has had her own design business for over ten years. She works for a wide range of clients creating innovative designs from logos to websites. She believes in strong coffee, little sleep, and good honest design. Not because it’s what she does for a living, but because it’s what she lives to do.
Erica is the Vice President of Proximo Marketing Strategies and specializes in client relations, team management and quality control. She works alongside Proximo’s lead strategists to develop and execute digital marketing plans, and also oversees much of the firm’s HR activity.
Erica joined the Proximo team in January 2017, bringing with her an extensive background in the cosmetic and surgical dental industry, and a passion for seeing businesses thrive.
Born and raised in Williamsburg VA, Erica owns a home in the Toano area with her sweet furbaby kitty, Tessa Jane.
