21st Century Connections Terms & Conditions
Registration for 21st Century Connections events can be made online only by visiting http://proximomarketing.com/21c. Registration fees are collected at the time of registration and are non-refundable. Should you become unable to attend an event, you may elect to send someone in your place. Your replacement can reference your name upon arrival to an event in order to gain admission.
Registration for events will close at midnight on the day before all events. No registrations will be accepted after that time.
Registration fees for 21st Century Connections events will be collected by Proximo Marketing Strategies. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded.
In the rare event that a 21st Century Connections event must be cancelled, registered attendees will be notified of the cancellation via email. Updates will also be placed on the original registration page on Proximo Marketing Strategies’ website. Information about a rescheduled event will be relayed via email and on the registration page.
Email addresses collected will be used by Proximo Marketing Strategies to communicate information about upcoming events. Emails are sent via a third party provider and unsubscribe options are available to recipients who choose to stop receiving emails from Proximo Marketing Strategies.
