If your nonprofit organization is included in the shortlist, you will be contacted to schedule a brief meeting. All final CreateAthon® selections will be made by November 30, 2021, and notifications will go out via email on that day. All terms and conditions apply to selected nonprofits as outlined below.PROXIMO MARKETING STRATEGIES CREATEATHON TERMS AND CONDITIONS:Proximo Marketing Strategies will not produce work via CreateAthon® that is being handled or coordinated by any type of paid consultant on behalf of the nonprofit organization, or tied to initiatives under the purview of other paid consultants. If my organization is selected as a CreateAthon® participant, I understand and agree to the following:● Work for this project will be done by Proximo Marketing Strategies between the hours of 9:00 am on December 7th, 2021 and 9:00am on December 8th, 2021.● We will meet with Proximo Marketing Strategies staff virtually using Zoom prior to CreateAthon® (date TBD) to provide additional background on our organization and the requested project.● We will meet with Proximo Marketing Strategies staff virtually using Zoom to receive a mock-up of the project. A specific appointment time will be scheduled.● During the next 24 hours, we will secure any necessary changes or revisions (copy revisions only).● We understand there will be no additional work provided by Proximo Marketing Strategies for this project beyond the terms outlined above.
