Makenna Wood
As Proximo’s CMO, Makenna is the glue of the Proximo team, managing projects with effortless grace. She makes sure the team is on track, that our clients couldn’t be happier, and oversees all of Proximo’s departments. To relax and concentrate while working, she loves a good iced coffee, running her essential oil diffuser, and playing her favorite Native American music playlist. For fun, Makenna loves a good beach day, her dogs, live music, Chick-fil-a, and shopping at TJMaxx.
Olivia Barton
Olivia serves as an Executive Assistant at Proximo, handling scheduling, various administrative tasks, and is a pro at making sure that projects meet their deadlines. Cold brew coffee, walks outside, and snacks help her stay productive throughout her day. For fun, she loves reading, playing the piano, and spending time with her husband Jayson and her cats Marley and Orzo-Thor.
Emily Lamothe
Content Director, Emily Lamothe, is the wizard of all things written here at Proximo. She brings an extensive background in technical writing and content marketing to our team, and specializes in connecting with each client’s unique voice to bring authenticity to their written content. With a good Spotify playlist (must include oldies) and a fresh cup of dandelion tea, Emily can happily write for hours. But when she’s not writing for our awesome clients, she can be found… still writing. Emily is working on her first youth fantasy series, using her 12 year old daughter/sidekick as the perfect test subject.
Robbie Stanfield
Robbie is our Multimedia Communications Specialist who takes the lead on our clients social media accounts and develops powerful graphics and visuals. She is passionate about visual arts and the story she can convey about a brand through their visual presence. She loves traveling and experiencing new cultures, food and the diversity of people in new places.
Gabrielle Mendez
As Proximo's newest addition, "Gabie" acts as the Creative Assistant, tackling all sorts of projects from social media and email marketing to graphic design. Originally from Winchester, VA, Gabie is now studying at VCU for her Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Between school and working for Proximo, Gabie stays busy, but in her free time - she enjoys watching Netflix and hanging out with friends and family.
Christian Romano
Christian serves as Proximo's Videographer, creating powerful video content that allows our clients to tell their story! When he's not running from shoot to shoot and spending time editing, Christian serves as the Youth Pastor for Liberty Live's Smithfield campus. Outside of all of his hard work, he enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Tori and his sweet babies, Rosie and Theo.
