About Her

As Proximo’s Director of Operations, Olivia is the glue that keeps everything running smoothly. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that the team is always on track. Olivia joined Proximo in June 2020 as an Executive Assistant, quickly expanding her role to Project Manager by the end of that year. Now, as Director of Operations, she continues to shape the systems that keep Proximo functioning at its best.

About Her Ministry

Launched in 2019, Olivia’s ministry is driven by a transformative vision rooted in Romans 12:1-2, where encountering the Lord ignites a lifelong journey of change and renewal. This ministry isn’t just a moment; it’s a movement, hosting dynamic annual youth conferences, powerful worship nights, and immersive event experiences that resonate deep within. Looking ahead, her ministry is preparing to plant a local, presence-centered community that will be a haven for those seeking profound spiritual connection and continuous growth.

Olivia's Life Beyond Proximo

When she’s not organizing behind the scenes, you’ll find Olivia enjoying long walks, reading, and indulging in cold brew coffee. She’s also a talented pianist and loves spending time with her husband, Jayson, and their fur-babies, Marley, Orzo-Thor, and River. She loves online shopping, volunteering at her church, and serving on the worship team. Whether she’s at work or at home, Olivia’s focus on faith, family, and service shines through in everything she does.
