Meet Samantha—though we all know her as Sam! Raised in Tappahannock, Virginia, Sam feels at home on the Rappahannock River, where she enjoys life with her husband, Miles, and their three children, Anne Wesley, Warner, and Bennett. Sam graduated from Radford University, earning her undergraduate degree in 2013 and her Master's degree in 2014. She brings her love for family, adventure, and life’s simple pleasures into everything she does.

Sam’s adventurous spirit is evident in her love for travel, where she crafts memorable trips for family and friends, always searching for new experiences to share. As a self-proclaimed foodie, she delights in exploring new local restaurants and discovering new cuisines. She stays connected with her community and sings on her church’s worship team. You’ll always find her cheering on her kids in their sports games and taking part in their school activities. Sam is also an avid listener of audio thrillers, which keep her entertained on the go. We can’t forget her two beloved Labs, Finn and Gennie, who are always by her side!
